Opening The Place of All Possibility: How Tiny Windows Elevated a Creative Book Launch

When Rabbi Adina Allen approached Tiny Windows in late 2023, she carried more than a manuscript. "The Place of All Possibility: Cultivating Creativity Through Ancient Jewish Wisdom" was the codification of the Jewish Studio Process: a reliable, replicable method for accessing humanity's inherent creativity through Jewish texts and wisdom.

The launch of “The Place of All Possibility” was a key ingredient in activating the organization’s strategic plan and expanding its reach. The challenge was clear but complex: How might we use this moment to not only sell the book, but position the author, the Jewish Studio Process, and the organization alike for broader impact?

"We believe that human connection precedes organizational participation," reflects Miriam Brosseau, CEO of Tiny Windows. "So when we approached this project, we knew we couldn't just sell a book—we had to invite people into a movement."

From Spark to Spread: Building Momentum Through Community

Tiny Windows structured their 10-month campaign (January-October of 2024) using a "concentric circles" approach, starting with JSP's most engaged insiders and rippling outward to facilitators, organizational partners, Jewish educators, influencers, and eventually the broader Jewish community.

"Working with the Tiny Windows team was an absolute gift," Rabbi Allen reflects. "They brought clarity, creativity, and deep care to every step of the process—streamlining the countless moving pieces, designing gorgeous visuals, crafting the website and newsletters, and coordinating a thoughtful, beautifully executed launch across platforms."

The campaign launched with an intimate, invite-only pre-launch event for JSP's most engaged supporters in the spring of 2024. "We wanted these folks to feel appreciated and deeply connected to Adina and the JSP community," the strategy deck notes. The event served as a profound moment of gratitude as much as it was an online launch party.

Tiny Windows also created an ethereal animated video to capture the essence of the book and build interest and momentum around pre-orders. The video declared, "We are all created creative... When we bring our creativity to Torah, the place of all possibility opens to us."Animation was uniquely suited to encapsulating and illustrating this powerful core message.

Asserting Thought Leadership in Multiple Spheres

Positioning Rabbi Allen required a delicate balance—establishing her authority in both Jewish and creative spaces without cannibalizing one or the other, and without watering down the intention and depth of the work.

Tiny Windows rebuilt her personal website into a comprehensive author website that reflected the core branding of the book itself, and presented her as equally at home discussing ancient texts as well as contemporary creative practice.

They established a thought leadership strategy centering on Instagram and LinkedIn, covering everyday creativity tips, Torah insights, and connections between the two.

Tiny Windows also collaborated with Rabbi Allen to launch her own newsletter, offering those already engaged with the organization and those new to her work an opportunity to follow along on her journeys through book talks and big ideas.

Planning for Serendipity

Beyond traditional marketing channels, Tiny Windows created a portion of the strategy to be “planning for serendipity"—low-barrier entry points for interested seekers to discover the book:

Each touchpoint was designed to meet people where they were, whether searching for creative inspiration or Jewish wisdom.

The Lasting Impact: Culture Change in Motion

The book entered its second printing before the official launch day, a huge sign of success for any author. At the close of the fall book tour, TW created a closing celebratory video.

But The Place of All Possibility campaign was as much about movement-building as book sales, and the results spoke to the campaign's strategic depth.

Rabbi Allen's reflection captures the essence: "They held the full arc of the campaign with such intention that I could focus on the heart of the work itself. Throughout it all, I felt encouraged, supported, and championed. Tiny Windows didn't just help the book shine—they helped me shine with it."

The campaign for "The Place of All Possibility" demonstrates what happens when strategic thinking meets creative execution with genuine community care.
