That’s why we’re launching the Tiny Windows Leadership Storytelling Program. This 6-week process is designed to help executives and high-level leaders and managers discover their authentic "why" and craft a compelling narrative they can adapt for any audience — from board rooms to fundraising events to employee onboarding.

Here’s how we’ll work together.

Week 1: Discovery Session
We'll dig deep to uncover the experiences, values, and moments that shaped your leadership. Through strategic questioning and storytelling frameworks, we'll identify the narrative threads that make your story uniquely powerful.

Week 2: Story Architecture
You'll receive a customized story outline that captures your authentic voice and core message. We'll refine it together until it feels true to who you are as a leader.

Weeks 3-4: Narrative Finalization
In our second session, we'll polish your story, ensuring it's compelling, memorable, and adaptable to different contexts and audiences.

Weeks 5-6: Presentation Mastery and Delivery
You'll work with master presentation coach Simon Feil on delivery, presence, and public speaking techniques that bring your story to life. At the end of the six weeks, we’ll deliver your finalized story with recommendations and notes on versioning for a powerful presentation.

Why This Program Works
Miriam Brosseau brings nearly 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience and served as the first Program Director of ELI Talks, coaching dozens of high-level speakers to deliver their ideas with clarity and confidence. Her approach combines strategic thinking with authentic storytelling.
Simon Feil is a leadership presence and narrative coach who helps social entrepreneurs and leaders develop authenticity, relatability, and presence. His clients gain powerful fluency in communicating their value and making even the biggest ideas accessible.
